「Analysis of intact proteins」
『Analysis of peptides/proteins and monoclonal antibodies by UHPLC part II』
This report is a sequel to No.30.
Applications for compounds with even higher molecular weights than last time are listed.
Please check it out.
Added application data No.113
「Column Screening for Pesticide analysis」
Although the analysis time can be significantly shortened by UHPLC, it takes a lot of time outside the analysis.
In particular, I think that adjusting the pH of the mobile phase is a daunting task.
Therefore, this report summarizes the applications that use 0.1% formic acid as the first method.
Since there is no troublesome work, you can prepare the next move by knowing the result early.
Alternatively, it is often the case that the objective can be achieved with 0.1% formic acid.
UHPLC and simple mobile phase preparation accelerate total speed.
『Analysis of peptides/proteins and monoclonal antibodies by UHPLC』
This technical report focuses on the analysis of proteins and monoclonal antibodies. Moreover, it contains information from intact to fragmented peptides.
In addition to C1, C8, C18 were added to the lineup.
Here are the results that can only be obtained with 300Å.

We analyzed peptides using “Develosil UHPLC series” announced on Tuesday, October 23, 2018.
A major feature is that it is possible to change the analytical conditions that used ion-pairing reagents such as TFA until now to mild mobile phase such as ammonium formate.
Changing the pH from 3 to 7 makes it possible to correspond to LC / MS negative mode as well.
